THIS WEEK - FUN ON THE FLOOR

Image
I was selected to attend an event at the London Frame Studio
organised by Total Greek yoghurt and of course I dragged my
American guest along with me to share the experience.
We were happy/nervous pupils being taught how to Rumba, Salsa
and Tango by the pros - Dee Thresher celebrity fitness expert and
Jesús Reyes Ortiz Jr dance instructor from the US.

O' yes, it was a PROPER work out whilst trying to not look like the odd ones out
...hard work! However, it was fun and very friendly, which helped us shake off
any embarrassment or pressure.

The class was rounded off nicely with a generous spread of tasty food,
refreshments and other great stuff courtesy of Total Greek yoghurt.
If you don't like the gym, this could be an alternative keep fit method for you.

Now I have the hunger for more Rumba dancing so 'Strictly Come' or 'Dancing with' -
here these happy feet come!

More Fun on the Floor

This time it was fun on the 6th floor, where I ate lunch at the London Ken…

THIS WEEK: 10 WAYS TO NOT WASTE TIME OR YOUR LIFE

10 WAYS TO NOT WASTE TIME OR YOUR LIFE

These are core for individuals regardless of age or gender.
It's useful to think about ways to help us to not waste time and
think ahead.  Here is a list of 10 different ways to not waste
time or your life. Hope this helps.

1. Believe
Belief is the most powerful, positive life - changer in the universe.
Believe that you are a valued person with something to contribute
and even achieve and chances are you will!

2. Organise
Organising your time will help you to not waste time.
This involves an element of planning and thinking ahead. Perhaps
a no brainer.

3. Setting goals
Always set short and long term goals. This will help to  keep you
moving. Life is too short to be stagnant.

4. Don't just do it
Don't just do things that don't SERVE you, GROW you or make
you HAPPY.

5. Invest
Focus on investing in people like your loved ones rather than things.

6.  Know what matters
Knowing what you should value puts everything else into
perspective.

7.  Don&#…

THIS WEEK: GETTING INTO THE CARNIVAL SPIRIT!

Image
Hi, I'm back from my hiatus! Yes still working my socks off
as usual but not to worry; Nevertheless, I took some time out
to play hard too. I'd like to share my playtime with you.

Recently, the weather has been noticeably good so
it's only right to show how grateful I am by teaming
up with some great Summer hats...and boy do we make
a good TEAM!

Check out my hat of the month and take a peak at my some
of my hats below

Then I was good to goo. I parked in the nearest
shopping centre that was open being West 12 /original
Westfields for just £5 for 4-5 hours, which was a
bargain compared to the rip off parking rates in
Ladbrooke Grove.

The crowd looked thick and people were walking
toes to heels in their droves to towards where it was all
happening. You can check out some of us …

This Week - Making Progress

Image
So you must have heard about the new royal bubz making a debut
on 23 July at 8lb 6oz - what a bruiser! (big baby) Compared to the
national average of 6lb.

I did my community deed by running a game stall "Roll a Penny" or ten penny
piece to be exact. It was fun, the weather was nice and there were no losers only
winners, I handed out consolation  prizes (sweets) and the proceeds went to
charity.

I tried to do a mini flower patch in my front garden and it's making progress,
I am happy with results so far - my talents are endless. Here are the before
and after pictures.

This Week: Beach Body Ready or Not

Image
Beach body ready or NOT, Summer is here! So what's the plan.
                                    Well here's my plan.

Cover up, cover up, cover UP...is what I shall do until I get my
beach body, that I feel comfortable with.

I am not super fit or super sluggish, I need a little help with
swimming, running twice a week and taking part in an exercise class.
Yes struggling to actually go never mind  to keep it going.

Doing those things guarantee me actually reaching my goal
without bumps or hamburger moments.

In the meantime, I'll rock a sexy sheer number over my
two piece swim wear - no probs.

Some people chose to wear sheer dresses, wraps or an all in one
swimming costume, shorts and costum. Some swimwear look okay
with cut out designs, however - those always seem to look good on
others and not myself.

This Week - Obssesive compulsive disorder in everybody

Image
Hi Guys , have you seen my new blog face? Needed to have a great
make over and be blog fresh and fabulous. Hope you like it.

I'm Obsessed!
No, not just me - YOU too. I often buy RANDOM things that may
have seemed like a good idea at the time. Later, I realise that the items
are useless and a waste of my money...
...BUT I wouldn't say pointless though.

Those random things gave me a moment of happiness and a natural
buzz. SO it's not all bad. I understand I love hair conditioners,
accessories and useless "gadgets".

But do you have an inkling that you have the disorder - well
keep reading and you may identify with a behaviour listed
below... So keep reading, WARNING not for the very sensitive
human.

Obsessions about Dirt and Contamination
Unfounded fears of contracting a dreadful illness Excessive concerns about dirt and germs (including the fear of spreading germs to others); and environmental contaminants, such as household cleaners Feelings of revulsi…

This Week: Be Extraordinary not Ordinary

Image
Ordinary is not always the way, come on remember to add spice to what
you do and I'm not just talking about your meals, it could also be
added to your everyday clothes, your walk or even décor.
Do something that will make a difference to YOU.

IT'S about time you find your spice and own it! Be extraordinary
if you are not being that already. Ordinary, does not give you
the limelight or recognition, doing a bit more or above the
usual DOES... and is the way...trust me and be a winner!

This Week: about: Tabs

Image
about:Tabs

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW about: Tabs !
Tabs are one of the most popular items right now.
When deciding on which tab to get; consider what
matters to you; speed, quality snapper, great resolution
and compatibility with adobe apps and apps from the
driod market.

Some of the (cheapest) tabs are built with dated specs and features and are missing some of the most used specs around. This is the case with all Kindles, Nooks, and an alarming number of other tablets. So many mistakenly bought tabs are bought without researching this fact. Don't be one of the unlucky ones. They say you get what you pay for! Warning about Tabs !! Don't be suprised if your £89, 9" Tablet (cheap) doesn't allow you to download Apps and says  'Google talk authentication failed'

4 Must haves (in my opinion - basic requirements)

Quadcore processor (not single core)
flash adobe
Jelly Bean 4.1 Camera

THIS WEEK - JANUARY IS BACK!

YEAH January is back and I can't wait to blog about all things good
in the coming months.
